Full-price items purchased from 9th November 2026 can be returned for a full refund until 10th January 2027.
Please note that sale items are not included in our extended Christmas returns policy. These must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
We kindly ask that all returned items are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags attached and proof of purchase provided.
Where our standard returns period allows a later return date, that period will apply. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
